KAMAnjola GmbH, based in the Siemens Technopark, has been successful on the market since September 2021. The company was founded by Dr.-Ing. Jules André Kengmogne Tchakam, who will contribute his immense expertise to his company and his soon-to-be-available business operations platform r0sita®. He will be advising his clients internationally in the future. KAMAnjola sees itself as a highly specialized partner in all aspects of cognitive business management using artificial intelligence (AI).

The experts stand for the highest level of expertise in enterprise architecture modeling and digital twins. This means they cover the areas of big data analytics, cloud computing and enterprise architecture. With their expertise, the “thinkers and doers” at KAMAnjola want to help companies make better and faster decisions. Customers come from a wide range of sectors: industry, plant engineering, the automotive sector and aerospace.

“Our aim is to generate strong partnerships and strengthen operational structures for cognitive business management and facilitate analysis work in order to make just-in-time decisions,” says the company’s founder Dr. Jules André Kengmogne Tchakam. The 45-year-old engineer sees himself as a craftsman for companies. He analyzes processes from the bottom up. “We work with existing data, automate processes and make them more effective. In this way, we automate processes, reduce operating costs and increase profits,” says Kengmogne Tchakam.

The founder comes from Africa (Cameroon) and has lived in Germany for 25 years. He completed his doctorate at RWTH Aachen University and worked for twelve years in management at a large industrial company in the aerospace sector. It was here that he began to transfer human intelligence to machines. “Systems learn to see and understand,” he says. The advantage of his business intelligence platform, which he has developed in recent years, is that it digitally maps all AI processes: It can be used to visually represent a company with all its divisions. This can then be used to make fundamental decisions.

Behind this is a kind of decision tree in which decisions are simulated based on data and data-evident. “Because making decisions based on gut feeling is no longer enough these days,” says the founder. He now wants to pass this expertise on to his customers.

He chose the name of his new company deliberately. KAMAnjola is memorable. It is different from other companies and means “bold daring riders” in his local language. There is great potential for the operating platform for industrial companies in general, especially in the areas of production and logistics, infrastructure and transportation, as well as in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.

He would like to share and expand his entrepreneurial spirit and his vision for his “Smart enterprise – seeking ways forward”, as he likes to call it, in the future.
